Mix together a beautiful European-like city with interesting people, gourmet cuisine at reasonable prices, awesome shopping, tangoing in the streets, and you get Buenos Aires, a city with both slick neighborhoods and equally downtrodden areas – but that’s part of the appeal. Then throw in everything Eva Peron and that is Buenos Aires.
